My employer has provided us a picnic table outdoors, literally in 4 inches of rancid water. I have gotten poison ivy twice and the safety committee has failed to address it.

I am in charge of the breakroom at my job and I thought it would be nice to have a decoration on the table (centerpiece). I think it would brighten up the room. I am looking for something that I can make and be able to change out certain things for the holidays. Any ideas??

I take a newspaper to work which I read in the breakroom at lunch. I do not mind sharing it with other employees but what bothers me is when someone borrorws a section of the paper to read while they are in the bathroom, then returning it to the lunch table. This bothers me because I think it is nasty to read it in the restroom then return it to where peole are eating their lunch. What do you think, should I object or stay silent?

Any ways you know to get even with other store (same company) that stole our breakroom tv and foosball table?

When I had my bike locked up,it was locked up to a light pole on the street,just outside of my work.We do have a bike rack that I could use,but the managers want the shopping carts to be along the front of the store where I work,and when we do that,I can't use the bike rack without a lot of trouble with the shopping carts.I don't like to use the breakroom,in the store,becauseit is a breakroom,ti has alot of tables and chairs that I would have to fit my bike around,they don't always close the door to the breakroom like should when they leave it.I have decided that I'm going to be walking to work from now on,instead of saving up for another bike.Its only about a mile to work.any suggestions about what to do next,to either get another new bike,or to walk to work?

I only ask because I see one on the breakroom table, and I need to know how to approach it.......

Ours is 5 ft wide. We can't even fit a table in there with all the other crap that's there.
